My interest in the health and fitness industry stemmed from training and working as a professional actor. Whilst at drama school, I trained everyday in movement and dance and understood that the only way to stay focused and strong during the intense process was to look after my mind and body. 

I now have over 6 years of experience in the health and fitness industry and my greatest passion is to work directly with my clients to build confidence and balance. As a mother of two, I understand that the work/life balance is a juggling act and therefore know the importance of working with my clients to make sure that they can still achieve their goals despite life’s challenges getting in the way. My emphasis is on form, alignment and control in all movement, having the basics of these things will stand anyone in good stead to achieve more now and in later life. 

As a pre and post natal trainer, I love working with mums to be as well as new mums and can empathise on how difficult things can feel when it comes to continuing or returning to exercise whilst pregnant or postpartum. I can help anyone wanting to improve their health, strength and body composition, and have assisted many clients on achieving and working towards their goals with tailor made plans and nutritional guidance.

I have worked with Charlie throughout several different stages of my life. From private PT sessions (pre-wedding and pre-natal) to group boot camps and hit classes both in person and virtually. She really listens and understands your personal circumstances and works with you to create a plan to help you achieve your goals. Charlie is my go-to when it comes to fitness and I am so pleased with the results from working with her.


I was recommended to Charlie due to her Pre/Post natal expertise, and I can not recommend her highly enough. I was able to do both 1:1 sessions and also double sessions with my husband as he wanted to support me during the pregnancy. I was extremely nervous to begin with as I did not want to overly stretch myself during pregnancy but Charlie guided me through workouts that were both safe and extremely demanding! She definitely helped me state toned during my pregnancy and also kick start my recovery journey after our baby was born. I miss her workouts every day!


I’m so grateful for charlotte’s help in getting my pre-pregnancy strength and fitness back. In fact I’ve never felt this strong and powerful. Charlotte was careful to get me back to speed through a perfectly tailored program that adapted to my weakened knees and wrists. Even though I own an F45, it was great to work with Charlie on a more targeted fitness plan to help me come back from a knee injury. Her attention to detail was what really made the difference along with helping select regression exercises where required and also knowing when to push me more to stop me from slacking off. She also worked closely to understand my broader exercise routine as I was training for a triathlon to ensure her sessions complimented my Cycling training


I started training with Charlotte during the beginning of the lockdown in Singapore with virtual sessions and training plans until we fortunately could workout in the gym again. Charlotte is a great PT and helped me to establish routines with her structured, professional and fun approach to exercise and training. I lost 11kg over a period of 6 months while being still able to maintain my weight and fitness level up to date. Now - due to distance and time zone constraints - I will definitely go for virtual sessions with Charlie again, whenever there is an opportunity.


I have known Charlie over one year as my personal trainer, and now as my friend. I am very glad that I met her, she is very professional, patient and very passionate about her work. She is also an expert in what she does. Not only does she help me be healthier but also she boosts my confidence. Working out with Charlie is a highlight of my week. She is always happy, kind and always has a smile on her face despite the 8 hours’ time difference between Singapore and London. It’s her “you can do it” attitude that motivates me all the time. Charlie is also very creative in progressing sessions, making them fun and challenging at the same time. I feel truly blessed to have met her and I will always continue to exercise with her.
